  • Optional details: accessibility needs, community or faith tags, availability (only if you choose to share them)
  • Activity: messages, matches, RSVPs, reports, and support requests
  • Verification: checks such as SMS or ID verification, and the result
  • Technical details: device and browser information, IP address, cookies, and approximate location

From Listing Owners

  • Contact and organisation details
  • Information about listings (events, services, accessibility, pricing, images)
  • Verification details where needed
  • Subscription and billing information

From Other Sources

  • Reports from other users
  • Referral information
  • Public information used to help verify organisations

How We Use Your Data

At this point, the Listing Owner is responsible for how they use your information. Social Souls does not control how they manage your data once it has been shared.

We encourage you to review their privacy information and only share what you feel comfortable with.

International Transfers

Some of the services we use may process data outside the UK or Europe.
When this happens, we make sure proper safeguards are in place.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We only keep your information for as long as we need it:

  • Account details: until you delete your account (usually removed within 30 days)
  • Messages and activity: up to 24 months
  • Verification information: up to 24 months
  • Safety records: up to 6 years
  • Billing information: 6 years
